I was happy with the end result and he was very obliging when I discovered a few more small things that needed doing and kindly added a few more jobs to the list. He did some tiling, painted a bathroom, patched a hole, patched up some grouting, fixed a towel rail, removed a glass shower partition and installed a shower rail, put new hinges on an under house door, fixed a letter box and trimmed some overhanging trees.
